    No, sorry. We don't have rental tuxedos, suits or shirts available.

  1. How much is a bespoke garment?

    Here's how our pricing works. You select a fabric. Based on the fabric you choose, this will be the base price of your shirt. You may select various customization options, such as special buttons, monograms, shoulder epaulets, etc., that will increase the base price.

    • Men's Premium 100% Cotton Dress Shirt: $90.00 to $145.00
    • Men's Luxury 100% Cotton Dress Shirt: $159.00 to $240.00

  2. What if the merchandise that I ordered doesn't fit or look the way I want it to?

Ordering

  1. How can I track the status of my order?

  2. Is there a minimum order?

    No. We do not have any minimum order requirements. Consultations are always complimentary.

  3. Now that I've submitted an order, what should I expect?

    You will receive delivery of your order within 5 to 6 weeks. Rush orders can be available within 3 weeks. We'll keep you updated with the status of your order via e-mail. E-mails may include the following:

    • Order notification: This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. Please retain this e-mail in your records.
    • Order completion: This e-mail lets you know that your order is complete.
    • Shipment confirmation: If you require delivery, this e-mail lets you know that your order or part of your order has been shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected and your shipping location.
  4. What is a Fit Test?

    If this is your first order, 9tailors will make only one of your garments from your order to confirm your body measurements and shirt dimensions. If you order multiple shirts and suits at one time, we will make one of each type of garment. If the test does not fit the way you want it to fit, don't worry. We'll re-make, alter the item, or provide you with a full refund less original shipping cost. Once we confirm the measurements, we will submit the remaining garments in your order.
