Payment in full is required before production begins. Changes to the fit, design or other specifications, or cancellations must occur within 24 hours of appointment. After this point, additional charges or fees may apply and delay of order may occur.
Unless otherwise stated, orders typically take about 5 to 6 weeks. Group or bulk orders may take 6 to 8 weeks to produce. Once your order is complete, we will notify you via email. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that his or her contact information is correct.
We go to great lengths to ensure that you love your 9tailors merchandise. If you do not like the order you received, we would be happy to re-make or alter your merchandise until you are satisfied, or apply a refund or credit on the purchase price of the merchandise. The purchase price excludes shipping and handling. We will take care of the return postage, if your items were shipped to you. Please note that we do not accept returns beyond 30 days from receipt of the merchandise.

If you receive a 9tailors custom product that does not meet your fit or design expectations, we will alter or remake the item for you. We reserve the right to offer a full refund or credit on the purchase price of the merchandise in place of altering or remaking the item.
Within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, alterations are provided free-of-charge. Clients may opt to visit a local tailor to receive professional alteration services.
Rebates for outside, professional alteration services must be performed within 30 days of receiving the garment, and will be issued in the form of the original payment. After the 30-day period, rebates will be issued in the form of store credit for the reasonable amount paid for services. Orders are not submitted until 9tailors has received all order information and payments from each member in the group. 9tailors will not place orders individually. It is the client's responsibility to make sure we receive the group's order and payment information with enough time to have the garments produced and delivered in time. If there are delays in receiving order and/or payment from the entire group, the entire group may be subject to rush fees.
