1. What's your return/exchange/refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. So, if your unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange your shirt. Click here to read our return policy in full.

2. How do I place an order?

First, for those of you who feel more comfortable ordering shirts from us in person, you can join us at a small event, semi-private appointment or private appointment. Want to reserve a spot at a 9tailors small event or make an appointment with one of our representatives in Boston? Check out our appointment form. Or, call us at 877-513-1898.

Second, you can also order our clothes through this website.

3. When should I expect my order?

You should receive your merchandise between 2 to 4 weeks after you click "submit." If there are any issues that come up about your order, we will notify you via e-mail.

4. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

No problem. We understand that customers sometimes make mistakes. After 9tailors sends you an e-mail confirmation about your order, you have up to 24 hours to change or cancel it. After that deadline, we will no longer be able to honor order changes or cancellations.

5. How much is shipping and handling?

• 1 to 3 items: Approximately $9
• 4 to 7 items: Approximately $12
• 8+ items: Approximately $15

Shipping will get calculated at check out.

We offer our registered customers discounted or free shipping from time to time. Register now to receive notifications on our shipping specials.

6. Will sales tax apply to my order?

We love it when things are tax-free, but if you live in MA sales tax will be calculated into your total if the price of a single item is One Hundred and Seventy-Five (USD 175.00) or above.

7. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. There are no minimums for any 9tailors orders. You can order any quantity at any time.

8. What is a Fit Test Shirt?

If this is your first order, 9tailors will make only one shirt from your order to confirm your body measurements and shirt dimensions. If the test does not fit the way you want it to fit, don't worry. We'll re-make or alter the shirt until you are completely satisfied. Once we confirm the measurements, we will submit the remaining shirts in your order.
