Return Policy
We have changed our return policy! We go to great lengths to ensure that you love your 9tailors merchandise. If you do not like the shirt you received, we would be happy to re-make or alter your shirt, or apply a refund or credit on the purchase price of the shirt. Purchase price excludes original shipping and handling. We will take care of the return postage.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns 30 days after you have received the merchandise
Simply follow the instructions below:

E-mail us at returns@9tailors.com to receive our Refund Form. Complete and send the form back to us. You will receive a FedEx mailing label via e-mail. You may return the item using your own shipping method. However, we recommend that you return the item using an insured service. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Prepare your return shipment by securely packing and sealing the merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. The item should be shipped with the receipt and original shirt packaging.

After we receive the merchandise, we will examine the returned item. 9tailors reserves the right to deny any returned items that do not meet the guidelines above.
Refunds are processed promptly. We will notify you via e-mail once we have processed the refund.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
