GENERAL TERMS
We go to great lengths to ensure that you love your 9Tailors merchandise. If you do not like the order you received, we would be happy to re-make or alter your merchandise until you are satisfied, or apply a refund or credit on the purchase price of the merchandise. The purchase price excludes original shipping and handling. We will take care of the return postage. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. We cannot accept returns beyond this 30 days.

ALTERATIONS

If you are able to visit our Boston studio, you may receive free alterations within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Please contact us directly to schedule an appointment. If you are not located in the Boston area, you may opt to visit a local tailor to receive professional alteration services. For shirt alterations, 9Tailors will rebate up to $20.00 in store credit. For suit alterations, 9Tailors will rebate up to $75.00 in store credit.

Rebates for professional, outside alteration services will be given in the form of store credit for the reasonable amount paid for services. Acceptable written proof of professional, outside alteration services is required. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for items that we do not alter ourselves.

REMAKES

If you receive a 9Tailors product that does not meet your fit or design expectations, we will alter or remake the item from scratch for you free of charge.

If after 2 additional remake attempts after our initial product delivery we are still unable to meet your expectations, then we will offer a full refund or credit on the purchase price of the merchandise.

FOR OUR WEDDING CLIENTS (UPDATED ON 7/6/2020)

If your wedding or event has been rescheduled to a later date in 2020 or 2021 due to COVID-19, we ask that you try-on and pick-up your custom garment as soon as it has been completed. During this try-on appointment, we will inspect the garment. If the garment is acceptable, we will release the completed garment to you. You may schedule this time by contacting us. Full payment must be collected at the time of pick up. We will honor complimentary alterations up until the rescheduled event date. Please contact us no less than 3 months prior to the new event date for your alterations appointment.
